Ok, this is another something I didn't expect to work, but it does. Dr says I'm not ready for a knee replacement, although there is much bone grinding going on. My left knee is especially bad after I feel and landed in my knee in a parking lot years ago. It has remained with a swollen spot below and towards the inside of the knee cap. The Dr did go in and fry the nerves in the middle of both knees a couple years ago - like a miracle! No nerve, no pain! But nerves grow back and it's mostly my left knee. I've tried the sleeve type, which either slide down or cut off blood circulation. The small band under the knee, but that just hurt the back of my knee. Thought I would give this a try. OMG, immediately I had no pain. Yeah, right, it's just the power of suggestion. I walked around a bit all day, shopping, walking the dogs, which would normally have my knee screaming. Just standing, or getting out of a chair, it's screaming. It was hurting the back of my knee, like a too tight sock, so I loosened it way up. Just enough tension to keep it from falling it off. It still worked. Then I decided to wear it sleeping, cuz my knee wakes me up hurting, I have to change positions, prop it up, hold it straight, etc . I slept thru the night. Ok, it can't work this good, so I haven't worn it for a few days. Yep, my knee is back to screaming. It's going back on! I'm going to wear it over leggings. I am shocked that this actually works and fits my fat leg. Comes with an extra strap.
